Fees for Services

We recognize that quality counseling services is an investment of time, energy, heart and money.

We believe ALL people deserve to receive counseling services across the lifespan, regardless of ability to pay.

• We understand that you are looking to work with someone who knows what they are doing and who specializes in the issues that you are struggling with.

• Our clinicians are all licensed or provisionally licensed and under the supervision of a licensed clinician with many years of counseling experience. We hold advanced training in working with children in play therapy, Sandplay therapy and EMDR. All clinicians have advanced training in communication, intimacy, couples, sex, and relationships across the lifespan. Our therapists are experts at building relationships.

• A full 60 minute session is $250 -- *note that unlike most therapists, we offer a full hour here rather than the typical 45 or 50 minute "therapy hour".

• We accept cash, check, and credit cards (including HSAs) for payment. You will complete a Fee Agreement you are comfortable signing.

• No one will be denied services for inability to pay. We offer a sliding fee scale and you will be guaranteed counseling services you can afford.

• Insurances include: Wyoming Medicaid, Wyoming Kids’ Care CHIP, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna. TriCare, Mountain States Co-Op, GEHA, United Healthcare, UMR

• Please note: At this time, Licensed Professional Counselors are not allowed to accept Medicare in the State of Wyoming.
